Licensee’s
Licensees assume responsibility for a more expansive geographical region, such as a trade area or country. Each licensee must have an in-depth knowledge of their overall market and they will play a more self-directed role in the implementation of corporate strategy. They will devise and implement plans of action in the fields of marketing, sales and after sales service. They will spearhead efforts in expanding into new markets and developmental roles, both with the assistance of Stonemaker. Their activities may include manufacturing Stonemaker products and conceptual undertakings. Each member of the licensee’s team working with Stonemaker will undergo intensive training and be required to address operator or dealer needs in a manner consistent with Stonemaker overall policy. Community
The United Nations estimates some 100 million people worldwide who have no housing or inadequate housing and that 1 million low cost housing (LCH) units are needed for each of the next 20 years. This demand can arise in the form of disaster relief post earth quake, flooding or other natural causes or as a function of planned projects to help bring housing to those in need. We at Stonemaker endeavour to help address some of these needs through several channels. Each of the programs has the added benefit of employing local workers that have little or no skills through trades people and professionals, all who will participate in reshaping and building their own communities.
Governmental and NGO’s
Given the large need and that the DM-185 is able to overcome most technical and operational challenges, we are working with organizations to provide these portable factories in either their commercial configuration or modified to suit project related specifications (an example of this would be material reclamation systems being offered on the same DM-185 platform).
